So I recently bought the insurgency dlc and went to download it and could not find it in game when I loaded the game. I know that they must send you an email with a code but my question is from what account is it sent because I cannot find it in my email. Is it sent from uplay windows Id or from ubisoft account. Please help mee :(

when i try to start steam it gives me a file error 732897 saying steam encountered a problem and needs to close i am using xp. i really hate this because steam is the only way i can acces my games please help. also i am not very computer savy so please dont use big words.
