To start attacking another gang's property the car that gang have parked outside must be destroyed.

Attacking gang properties require you to take out the gangs defenders outside the building then work your way through inside taking out the gangs remaining members as you go.

Then before you can take over the gang's property you must first wreck the building and do a lot of damage, so the property goes onto the market.

As we already know once you buy a property you can state what type of business you want it to be, the new business will be finished in two game days or 48 minutes in real life.

Then when the building is finished you'll be able to go inside and as we've mentioned before save the game there. Your gang members will also be around that business ready for recruiting if need be.

However the business does't run itself and this means that you youreself may have to do some of the legwork and do a few missions there to help run the business. For example at a brothel you may have to drive your girls between clients within a time limit

Once this business is finished your gang's car will appear outside as with other gangs, waiting for attack from rival gangs.
