Is it possible to listen to music during gameplay . Because i saw in the firmware walkthrough the gu did it however everytime i try while im playing COD4 it says unable to play music during this game?

well i get into the ps3 store, go into the free downloads section but i dont know how to start the downlaoding process once i find the hevenly sword demo...like i dont know what button to press and ive tried all of them
