In a Gamespot video featuring the Frostbite 2 engineSteve Anthony from EA Black Box (true/false?) said something along the lines of we are just getting started with Frostbite. I'm thinking Skate 4 is next for Black Box.

My honest prediction is that a score of 8.5 will go to Modern Warfare 3. I'm no BF3 fanboy and I'm not against MW3 this is just my prediction. We shall see if I am correct.

Skate has been the most successful of EA's skateboarding games and maybe the best skateboarding game series ever made. Now, there is a good chance of getting a new, revamped, fourth addition to the Skate series. Alot of this chance comes from the amazing Frostbite 2 engine which powers Battlefield 3, Need for Speed: The Run, and Mirror's Edge 2. Skate could gain alot from the engine adding to its lighting, scale, rendering, etc. (all of the Frostbite 2 features). Also, Skate would of course fix all of its little downfalls (for example the car and pedestrian physics). I could type for hours on the topic of a Skate 4 but I'm keeping it short (so no one steals all my ideas that I will only send to EA and yes I know then get so many emails it will be difficult to actually contact them but i will try until i succeed).

So I was thinking about Half-Life 2: Episode Three while playing Portal 2 and I was thinking about graphics, physics, etc. then I thought crossed my mind. I thought: what if the reason Half-Life 2: EP3 is taking so long is because VALVe is devoloping a Source 2 engine or some other new engine. This isn't entirely out of the question because EA DICE made the Frostbite 2 engine for Battlefield 3 so my hopes are pretty high.

...and yes I know that there isn't a new engine for CS:GO and I think that's for two reasons for this:

1. VALVe wants to keep its fans excited about new games.

2. CS isn't VALVe's main seiries because it started as a mod for one thing.

It kinda looks like I really suck at PS3 games but I just can't get them synced with my account because that part of PSN is still down. If there is a way to sync my trophies without having to sign in to PSN someone please tell me.

Although the PlayStation Network is coming back up right now lots of people just keep hating and hating even though Sony has handled this situation as well as they possibly could.

So I saw the newest update on PSN and my first thought was: ummmmmm whuuut? because I've been tracking PSN the whole time it's been down and I heard not to long ago something about the end of the month (and I instantly flipped off my computer). My point is that I want an actual date that it will be up. Last weekend I tried to get on to play PORTaL 2 but PSN was unfortunatly still out even though Sony said that PSN would be up by the end of the week. The sad thing is this was more than a week ago.

PSN better come back up today I'm sorry Sony you've been doing a good job handling the situation but i'm starting to lose my patients. Some people are even switching to X360 you have to be desperate to do that come on Sony HURRY(I know probably already are but plleeeaaaassseeee).

Firstly my opinion on PORTaL 2 is that is diserved beter than the 9 that it got but still I am satified with another great ValvE game. What I was going to say was that PORTaL 2 should get re-reveiwed once the (FREE!!!) DLC comes this summer that will include one of the only two bad things about this game which are challenge maps (and just more maps in general). Thank you ValvE for making another amazing game.
