Your body slows down and anything you eat will be harder to get rid of.

So 7pm is the magic cutoff? I'm not allowed abs if I eat all my calories between 7 and 10pm?

Your body slows down before you go to sleep and if you eat late it sticks to you. If you want to eat crap do it early when your body just came online. Also eat small meals 4-6 and you can eat almost anything you want. When you carry a certain about of muscle mass it will burn calories even when you sleep.

Your body burns calories while you're asleep. Total calories are total calories, doesn't matter when you eat them....they're still there. 2500 cals a day when you wake up or right before bed, doesn't matter. 4-6 meals is no greater than 1, 2, 3, or 12. Body isn't fooled by when you feed it.

It is not a problem for me but I am not fat and bust my ass in the gym. My problem is water not body fat when I get under 10 percent.

Under 10% is already reasonably ripped. And what's this 7pm business?

Just eat a normal balanced diet and take a vitamin and protien shake. Body fat is not a problem till you get down to under 15 percent. If you want to get ripped then you need to watch what you eat under 10 percent body fat. I eat whatever I want but only up to 7pm after that I am careful. When I want to get ripped I do cardio after my workout.

I generally prefer more of Metallica's music. Megadeth have hit and miss songs for me. Some I love, others I don't really care for.
