Today has been interesting. For one I started review in Economics. Sooooo boring. lol.

Environment I was in the computer lab again boring and seminars in World Issues which three people went today which means I am either going wednesday or thursday yay! He also updated our marks with everything in it 82! 4th in the cl.ass My friend has an 84 and is third and she was bragging. It started to piss me off because I didn't do it when I had the higher mark. Oh well. I can't wait for monday even though I have my economics exam. After me and my friends are planning on going out for lunch. It will be fun. We haven't hung out all together in a long time there is always one or two people missing.

I am currently watching Reba. While submitting for people for Project Runway. I am in a good mood actually. But I have a huge craving for chocolate chip cookies. yay for Tim Hortons tomorrow as long as its not snowing.

The title is lyrics from Rocket Girl by Doc Walker. It's one of my favorite Doc Walker songs. I love it! They talk about places that "rocket girl" has been and I've been to most of them I think lol.

I got my laptop back yesterday. All it needed was a new battery. Everything was covered in the warranty lucky enough. I love the apple care plan. Lol. When I got out of school my dad was like you got your right arm back I was like what? then he said you got your right arm attachment back I was still like what?! Then he said I got my laptop back and I finally got it. As I am constantly on it in some way. Lol.

My iTunes is on random and I am listening to Desperado by The Eagles. I love that song. It seems like all my favorite songs are coming up.

I went to the mall earlier because I was craving starburst and I wanted to buy some scratch tickets. I bought two crossword and two bingo and won three dollars. Oh well I can't win them all. But the three dollars did pay for the starburst :D Which were really good. I love the red ones but the sad part is there was only five in the bag I felt ripped off. My favorites are the ones that come in the least numbers in a bag. Like with the jolly ranchers in the bags I love the blue and purple ones and there are usually about 4 or 5 of them in there. Oh well. I just savour them even more lol. It's soo cold outside I only have a three minute walk to the mall because I caught the light at the right times and my face was bright red. I hope it warms up before monday when I have to walk. That's all for now. Yeah i spoke too soon. My laptop itself down again today without notice... really weird phrasing I know but I didn't know how else to phrase it lol. So when I got home I told my dad and when my mom came home told her too and we decided to take it back to the store where I got it because they look/ fix the macs there so yeah its there... They said that they would probably get to looking at it tomorrow afternoon. Hopefully they call sometime before Saturday as they close at 4, but I don't have to work which means I might be able to get it. If not then I have to wait until monday after school which might not work out. I hope it's nothing serious. I don't think they were quite sure what the problem was.

Economics: Handed in my project we are playing the game boards tomorrow apparently. Meh. We watched a video about privacy and how in London you are being constantly tracked like what e-mails you send to what calls you make. Adriana was like it's Big Brother watching you lol. It's from Orwell's 1984. Anywho then they went to Germany where they had a grocery store where you swipe a card and they keep track of what you had in your cart it was weird. Also when the person was looking for wine. She put in what she wanted and in the aisle they had like a projector type image on the floor like a light to show you where the wine was located. It was definitely different. Then it got gross. With a chip inserted to keep track of your medical records. You just scan your arm when you go in and they get your medical records. I would never do that.

Environment: I thought the video on elk was interesting and maybe different but today topped it. We watched a video of the reintroduction of WILD TURKEYS to Ontario. I mean I like watching videos on the reintroduction of animals. BUT TURKEYS? they are ugly and gross looking. I hate turkeys either eating them or anything to do with them. Today in school was weird

Economics: did this pollution excercise didn't understand it too much math lol

World Issues: My teacher did a seminar as an example today he did Kenya, He talked for like an hour on it :S He said on the sheet ours is supposed to be like 1/2 hour and he wants to get through like 3 a day. I don't see 1/2 hour seminars happening lol. We picked numbers to see the order. Me and my friend Heather are working together. I picked 7 which was out of 15 groups. My friend Sam and her partner Randi picked 15 lol. They wanted to go earlier, so we switched with them. I kinda wanna get it over with but this way I get more time to prepare and figure out what I am going to say. I found a really cool video on Rwanda for it too. :D I have a feeling ours is going to be 1/2 hour more lol.

Well my dad called the place where I would have taken my laptop. And it's fixed now. Not really sure what was wrong with it but they did say it might happen again well at least the random blackouts and the fact that it won't work without a battery in it but I just have to be super careful. I feel really sick right now. i walked in this really cold wet snow stuff earlier and I think walking for an hour in total in cold weather in short breaks is not good. I hope I'm not sick tomorrow I need to go to economics to hand in my project because if I don't I know my friend is going to be mad at me.
