I never blogged on anything like this. So here we go. Lets get straight to it. Currently i am playing Half life 2 Episode 2. I purchased the orange box about a week after it came out and let me tell you its one of the best game(S) I have ever bought. Its no Crysis, in terms of graphics but that doesnt matter. I am really impressed with Half life series. Episode 2 has been pretty great. The vordigon textures just make the game look amazing but still it is a dated game. Source was released in 2004 and you can tell its getting very dated. But, even with that this game completely pwns games like FEAR which graphics engine looks horrible now...its pretty strange. The gameplay is awesome, as it always was. Half life 2 has to be my favourite game. I dont think I've ever been pushed so hard to beat a game and actually want to see what happens. For example with Crysis I have so much trouble playing it sometimes. I love some of the levels and different ways you can attack a situation. I mean its awesome top notch gaming, but something is missing. I feel no drive to finish the game or atleast what I felt with Half life 2 and other games such as FEAR. This was also the case with Bioshock. I bought this game atleast 2 days after it came out and i still have not finished it. I find it the hardest game to actualy sit down and play for an hour or 2. Maybe its a type of game that you need to be in the mood for. I may just have to restart the game. (UPDATE MY FILES ARE GONE WTF I HAVE TO RESTART JUST ANOTHER ReASON I CANT PLAY THIS GAME!!!!)
