Is it possible to register with the PSN via a PC instead of a PS3?   And if so, can anybody direct me on how to do so?

Thanks!

You have an INT reducing effect on you. You need an item that 'restores int'

I feel oblivion doesn't explain that well enough.

Honestly, what they should do is bundle it with an official Bluetooth headset along with the multiplayer core game for 60 dollars.   In addition, they could release Episodic Content on the PS store for a single-player campaign that costs in the neighborhood of 4.99 per episode, with the single-player campaign having a grand total of something like 6 episodes in length.

They are indeed pretty much the same cost.  Sometimes one is a bit higher than the other, other times it's the opposite.  They're roughly equivalent, though.

I'm not sure, but personally i'm waiting to get one until the software emulation begins.

That way my games can be upscaled.   If I want to play a game in its unadulterated form I can always just plug in my ps2.

Considering that sony announced that they shipped almost double what was allocated as preorder stock, of course no one's going to waste their time lining up for the console at midnight. o.O;

It's selling well.  Doing better than the 360 did or the wii did.  In preorders alone I believe it almost reached what the wii sold in all of '06 in europe.  As for the 360 when it launched in Europe, lol...

So yeah, it's doing well.  Better than the other two consoles in sales.

For what it's worth, I work at a Gamestop and the majority of my co-workers are totally either MS Fanboys or anti-sony in some capacity.  They will generally do whatever they can to badmouth the PS3 to a customer and nudge him into buying a 360 in its stead.

Considering I am, all things considered, a neutral employee and consumer, it really bothers me when any sort of fanboyism is shown when all we're supposed to be doing is looking out for the best interest of the customer.

Hey, morons, guess what?  360 had a HORRIBLE library the first year of its release.  Absolute garbage, despite what GS rated some of its titles.  If you go on Gamerankings you'll notice that PS3 and 360 libraries for launch are pretty much comparable in title quality, if not skewed more toward the ps3.

Every system at launch has a bad library.  Same could be said for the wii, which has... Zelda.  That's it.  Well, Super Monkey Ball, Trauma Center, etc are decent games but nothing system-selling.  Most Wii-owners I know that come into the store are playing friggin WII PLAY AND WII SPORTS more than anything else.

Everyone needs to st op being a fanboy and realize first years are always lower in quality.  I can wholeheartedly suggest getting a ps3 if the consumer has an HDTV and is at least somewhat interested in an HD player.  Further, I can wholeheartedly suggest getting a ps3 if the consumer is looking for a console with which to play the AAA franchises that Sony has or has helped established in God of War, Devil May Cry and Metal Gear Solid.

A suggestion: The next time something like that happens, OP, merely file a complaint with the district manager.

[QUOTE="PannicAtack"][QUOTE="Frunku"][QUOTE="PannicAtack"][QUOTE="Frunku"]Linux, KB/M, Homebrew, Mods:

PS3

Mods on the PS3? >_>

UT2007 will have them. User-made mods.

That's what the PS3 is about: Linux and homebrew. It's a computer.

Assuming, of course, that anyone bothers to make them. >_>

With HL2 on the PC, it's a breeze. Just download the Source SDK via Steam, and you can make it alot easier. Whoop-dee-freakin' doo, the PS3 has a bunch of features that I already have. And you still don't get Gary's Mod. >_>

Given the insane amount of PSP mods out there, I'd say people will make them. ;p

imo, score-wise (unless the reviewer is some graphics-whore),

Zelda: TP > FF12 > Gears >/= Okami
