Hey, before i start, i just want to tell everyone about Pirates of the Carribean: At Worlds End. Basically, it sux. Not as bad as Matrix Revolutions, but it still sux. After i saw it, i split it into two parts, the story section and the fighting section. The fighting section is pretty cool and the battles, while horrendously unrealistic, are pretty exciting. The story section tho, makes absolutely no sense and takes away any plus's the fighting section gave the movie. Basically, you're switching back and forth from all the characters they've racked up over the last 2 movies but it's to the point where you have no idea what is going on or what timeline this is all in. Also, all the characters change drastically from the last two movies and don't fit at all. The next problem, and probably one of the biggest, is that they add in a whole bunch of plot points that they never even mention in the last two. A whole bunch of crap about a sea god, Calypso and pirate lords and whatnot. Where did that come from? and these are all introduced like we should have known about them before. Okay... So they add a bunch of new stuff and then they don't answer anything from before! The spoiler below lists the storylines that they don't ever answer.

-Why the East India Trading Company had food on that tribal island
-How the black lady (don't remember her name) brought Barbossa back to life
-NEW STORYLINE: Why Jack is suddenly insane.

all in all, the fighting's great, the actings great, the music is great, but the storyline makes no sense at all and guaranteed this won't clear anything up for you from the second movie.
K on to my main point from this blog. I know i've been really inactive lately and that's because i've been really busy in rl. Unfortunately, this isn't going to be changing any time soon so i've decided that it's necessary to take a break from GS. I won't be coming back probably any time this month.
