I would say run diagnostics on all of your hardware.

Also run DXDiag, and do a copy & paste of the text file here.

Plus check to see that all of your drivers and Windows is up-to-date.

hi guys, thanks for the replies. i can't put the dxdiag text file, is too large, if u want i paste in differents comments. [QUOTE="adamosmaki"]try isolating the problem. Remove all sticks of Ram and stay with one and if problem continues use another stick Also unplagged dvd rom and any Hard drives besides your main hard drive Remove any unnecessary add on cards like tv tuners and also try a different VGA If it still doing the problem is then either the mobo or the powersupply. See if you can borrow a power supply and see where that goes

i'll work on that. thx

Hi, i'm new on the forums, and i need some help with my pc. When i bought the computer everything was fine, it didn't freeze in any games. But sometimes i had to format because i got some windows problems, but this problem started some months ago. When i play games like, Cod (mw2 and black ops), portal 2, and need for speed shift 2, my pc totally freezes and i'm forced to reboot. I checked temps and everything is ok. In cod, freezes in 2 seconds on main menu, so it can't be by the heat. I reinstalled Windows 7 and i have all windows updates, directx 11 and video drivers up to date. I made a thorough clean in the pc, i cleaned the cooler of the processor and put thermal paste on it but it still freezes on games. I changed the SATA's connectors and power, but nothing (it may be the disk) My system specs: Intel Core i7 950 @ 3.07 GHz 3.10 GHz GIGABYTE GA-X58-UD3R Kingston HyperX 6gb DDR3 (3 x 2gb) EVGA Geforce GTX 460 1024mb GDDR5 Thermaltake TR2 600w Plz help me, i didn't experienced this before.
