E3 was a lot less cool this year. And that's a very good thing. E3 is a trade show, a chance for publishers (especially small publishers) to get the attention of the media and build up hype for their games. Game industry journalists belong there. Managers of your local GameStop... not so much. I know it's hard for some people to equate 'video games' with 'professionalism', but thank God E3 is taking steps to change that, at least in their small way.
