Oh, God help us all. This whole PG thing is getting out of hand, IMO. I'm also having a hard time seeing how it makes business sense… I mean wrestling as a business peaked in the Attitude era, correct? And the way I see it what made that time so successful wasn't really the individuals like Stone Cold or The Rock or even DX (don't get me wrong they obviously played a major part in it), but the fact that everything was so outrageous and the writers at the time really knew what made a good show. The talent that's available nowadays is as good as ever (even though most are green), and they just need good writers like Hayman to help make them the next big thing.

I do not know how watering down the product even more is going to help make them money the same way that Attitude era did.

Sorry for rambling... I just felt like pointing that out.

Don't apoligize. That is what forum are for. For you to express your likes and dislikes. We are entitled to our own opinion, whether we agree or not. There is always room for debate not argument.

Oh, I am finding the lack of bickering and snide remarks really refreshing, so I'm definitely enjoying my stay here so far.:)

I'm going to elaborate a bit on why I chose Orton over Morrison:

Like I said, I find Morrison extremely impressive in almost every way, but what makes me put Orton over him is really two mean things, one being that Orton is simply better from a cardiovascular standpoint despite of the weight difference between the two (you can tell by the fact that Orton is almost never out of breath, and his reflexes are insanely fast), and two being that I personally respect the fact that Orton is this athletic through sheer hard work and not because he hit the genetic jackpot like Morrison.

How do I know that Morrison has amazing genes, you ask? Simple, no one can maintain that Bruce Lee-like body fat percentage (which is the number 1 reason why his abs pop out like that) all year round without having amazing genes. The rest of us have to go through what's known as 'peaking' in order to look that way for a while.

The guy rubbed me the wrong way, and I just find him annoying more than anything. I'm glad to see him go.

Such a waste... the guy is in his prime right now and for him not to step up and cement his legacy is a real shame. He got all the talent in the world, but it seems to me that his heart is not in this. He's kinda like the Brando of wrestling.

I just hope that he changes his mind soon.

I'm a happily married man, and I don't have to be gay to appreciate the hard work that athletes go through in order to ascend the fitness ladder.:P

4. Batista

An untrained eye can look at Batista and think that he's in great shape because of how he looks, but as someone who knows a thing or two about fitness I can tell you that there's nothing impressive about him. There's a lot more to being fit than looking good, and this is something that a lot of people don't realize. While Batista is big and muscular his cardiovascular conditioning is non-existent (the guy is out of breath from just doing his intro!), and I'm willing to bet anything that the guy is on a variety of illegal substances to get to where he is. He kinda reminds me of Brock Lesnar before he started his MMA training.

Sorry for rambling... I just felt like pointing that out.

So a bunch of guys in my gym were talking about this topic, and it turned into a surprisingly good debate, so I thought It'd be interesting to hear what long time fans think.

When I look at the roster right now I see a lot of formerly fit guys who let themselves go for whatever reason (Jericho comes to mind), but at the same time I'm very impressed by the younger guys, especially Morrison and Orton.

I ultimately choose Orton though, because even though he's not as acrobatic as Morrison nor does he have his insanely low body fat percentage, the way that his body is conditioned and the speed of his reflexes are extremely impressive for someone of his weight division.

Of course I'd choose RVD if he was still active.

So, what do you guys think?
