BUT whenever i make my new acount i need a subscription code. i dont have 1 and i cant find a starter kit or cards anywhere

my question is how to get on xbox live? i need a code. is there anyway to get a code without a prepaid card or a starter kit? is there a way to do it just with a credit card?
