I'd personally recommend Condemned. It was my favorite launch title, and you can pick it up for $20 almost everywhere now. Really under appreciated launch title.
The weapons look great in the game, and I can't wait to get my hands on it. Wish it had come out sooner, but I want BioWare to polish it as much as possible first. Hoping to get it before Halo 3 though ;).
