[QUOTE="-Renegade"][QUOTE="imprezawrx500"]xbox 360 and ps3 have hardware form early 2005 yet they are still charging as much for them as midrange pc hardware from today the destorys them.
a pc with a fast dual core cpu, 2gb ddr2 800, gefore 9600gt 320gb hdd, dvd writter can be had for less than the 40gb ps3 and for the price of the 80gb you could easily get a 8800gt or even gts.
until ps3 and x360 are under $250 lems and cows can't call the wii over priced

Including a Blu Ray drive? Let me know where I can purchase this PC.
Sure it's missing a BR drive, but the poster's PC have a much larger hard drive, a graphics card thats easily 3 times more powerful than the RSX etc.. so you lose some and gain some
Learn tech. I know it. The 9600gt freaking sucks. Oh, and let me know where I can get at least a 2.4ghz duo, 2 gb ddr2 800, a 320gb hdd, and a dvd writer for less than $400.
Here, let me add it up to you off of newegg prices...
Good 9600GT-- $165
Processor(Needs to be a Conroe 2.4ghz, others suck): $230
Motherboard: Approx $50-75
320gb HDD: $70
2gb DDR2 800: $37
DVD writer: $18
Total: $570
Not including case, monitor, sound card, or speakers.
Add $100 for case, and $670.
Now, account for the fact that the Cell processor is 5x as powerful as the best Intel Quad Core out there, worth over $1000. The RSX does suck, but the Cell is more than enough to account for it.
