I find the game hard when I specifically try to do something. Like trying to 360 flip to bluntslide a ledge. That's not a simple task, and when you nail it, it feels oh so good.
7.5 is a good score any score above 6 is a good score think about it 7.5 is 75% I always felt good if I got 75% on a test.

What world are you living in? Even with the most intense fanboy blinders won't change the fact that Skate is a beautifully realized game that really captures the essences of skateboarding.
This is the game I bought my xbox for. It's pretty much everything I hoped it was going to be. Wonderful game that really captures the essence of what skateboarding is all about.
I liked the demo, though probably not enough to buy the game (not until its cheap at least). I did pull off some cool stuff from just randomly flicking the analog sticks but I think the real challenge comes from lining up several cool stunts off several obstacles instead of one big insane stunt from a big jump off a ramp like Tony Hawk used to be.
The only problem I had, there were a few times I just couldn't figure out why I wiped out. Especially when grinding, I couldn't figure out if I was well balanced or not. And once I landed with my board across a wide ledge at a full stop, where there really was no chance of losing balance, but after a few seconds my guy just sorta flopped off the board.
