If Descartes said 'i think therefore i am' what happens when you stop thinking?

What if everyone stopped thinking would the universe cease to exist?

When you die does the world continue or does everything stop, how can you say it continues when you will have no proof?

If dreams can be so real they feel like reality, how can you tell you aren't dreaming?

In the future it is stated there will be computers able to run real world models of the universe for every variable, they will be so accurate the probabilty of us living in the real world and not one of these computer models is miniscule. How could you know you weren't real? does that fact that you know it could be a computer model change the way the computer model can work? could you manipulate the computer universe if you wanted to? and if i'm not real what's the point of pretending to exist?
