People are still hooked like this to that game.  :|rudyroundhead

Unfortunately yes, he has reached the maximum level cap of 70 and he still plays it everyday.

Not only that, he has been sticking his nose into how I play it like:

  • Telling me what talents I should be using. (But he admitted he knows nothing about the class I have chosen so how could he even know what is the best?)

  • Checks what gear my character is wearing via the official website and then comments that I can improve what my character wears. (His main character wears a different type of gear than mine so how the hell can he know I can easily improve while I actually struggle to find better gear?)

  • As mentioned on my opening post; just out of blue abandons quests from my quest log without my permission! (It is like he is in control of my World of Warcraft account as well.)

I only play the game like 1 times a week or never as I am now focusing on designing my website from home and when I play RPG games I always prefer to play it the way I want to play it, not being told what to do by someone who thinks he knows everything about the game.

I have this friend in my class at my college. At first he seemed cool, he plays FPS games and brags on that he can own anyone on them and apparently was not serious and stressful, well that all seemed to changed when he purchased World of Warcraft. Since he got that game he rarely comes on MSN now and is on it till after mid-night each day. As time went on, me and another friend noticed that he started getting stressed out on silly things and sometimes snaps out at us if we muck around with him, like one day; he was continually bragging that he will own me on a certain FPS game, so me and my other friend made a ms-paint picture meaning that he is going to get owned but when he noticed the picture we made, he switched and sweared at us! But that was all from last year...

... This year has been worst so far. He has been arriving into classes late at the beginning of the day quite often and he does not live very far. He is only 20 - 25 minutes away from the college, while I live 45 - 50 minutes away and I always arrive on time. I reckon why he is mostly late is because he plays World of Warcraft after mid-night, he also claims that he watches T.V after until like 3:00AM, but he denies that's the reason why he is late.

One time I was in the canteen having lunch with him and another friend. I pull a bottle of drink out of my bag and attempted to open it without letting it to settle, most of the drink came shooting out on the table and some on my lap and while that happened, he pointed at me and laughed saying "owned" multiple times, I got bit annoyed through the drips from the bottle of my drink onto him (just drips, not a big splash!) and he switched big time and called me a f-word followed by the b-word!

Another day, I was organizing a Doubles Pool Tournament at my college and had to sort out the registration form. During that day, my class had a 2 hour break and my serious friend asked me if I wanted to come to his house because he wanted play my character on World of Warcraft. I declined and he was saying "why not?" I replied that I was going to be busy doing the Doubles Pool Tournament registration form. As soon as I told him that, he started annoying me by taunting a baby cry at me and then mutters to one of my other friend's: "He is going to stay behind to do his ******* stupid Doubles Pool Tournament." Seriously! And also, he was seriously rude about my Pool Doubles partner (who is also one of my friends) taking the piss out of his size and asking evil questions like: "Is he deformed?" As he started those evil comments/questions from there I almost attempted to punch him but refrained and instead told him to ******* shut up.

This so far is the latest problem I have had with this serious friend. Last week, he invited me to stay round his house to supposedly try my character on World of Warcraft. I weren't really fond with the idea but on the day decided to go (Which I now regret with good reason.). As soon as I got to his, he started up World of Warcraft and logged on his character to tell his guild buddies that he is not doing a raid, after showing me his other characters he told me to login. As soon as I logged in, he took control and started re-arranging all my spell icons to his preferred likings (Which I didn't really appreciate.) and then he started abandoning most of my quests (Including one that I have half way completed.) stating that I don't really need to do them and I will get **** experience from them. After about 30 minutes of playing my character he decided that we play something else, he got a PS2 game out and tried searching for a second controller, as he couldn't find one he got his GameCube out. He first put on Mario Kart: Double Dash and couldn't find a second controller that worked, he then suggested that we should play this game called Donkey Konga on the GameCube. When I asked him what type of game it is, he told me it is a rhythm game and required to bang your hands on some double drums. I told him that I am into those types of games and suggested to play 2 player fighting or fps game, as soon as I told him that, he snapped and said: "You ******* will play it!" and then kept repeating his baby cry taunt. I was telling him that he was being too arrogant and again was telling him that I did not wanted to play that rhythm game but who was like in denial that he was in the wrong and told me to stop moaning and done his taunt again. I was fuming in my head and was considering to walk out of his house and go home but somehow I didn't. The next day, I made something up saying that my Mum needs me at home at an early time so I could just leave this mad friend's house and I will not be definitely going there again.

Following those previous circumstances while the situation when staying at his house was the punch line for me, I don't really consider him as friend at all! A proper friend will not take things that serious as this guy and will not force house guests to play games that they don't like or mess with their own preferred settings on certain games. I've never known a guy that takes things that serious...

Hey guys,  I'm a complete noob when it comes to paypal but I want to start buying little things like DVD's and maybe the occasional game or two off of Ebay...can someone give me a quick explanation of how to set up a paypal accound and use it?  Do I have to give a credit card number?  How do I get started?TheSystemLord1

You can easily set up a Premier Account, to make and receive payments you will need to add your bank and credit/debit card information into your account with them.
