Best 1st Party Support?

Well, Support wouldn't indicate quality of the game, so I'm free to throw in even low scoring games like Wii Music, Wii Play, etc.

So, I would say Nintendo and Sony are about Even then. Both do a great job of getting a 1st party games out....Although Sony's PSN I didn't count, I don't know if that's very fair since PSN is far more ambitious that Nintendo's Online service.

As we all know, M$ shut down and/or disabled most of their 1st Party Developers in Lieu of spending that money instead on quality 3rd party Games :

Timed Exclusives (Rockband2, Bioshock, Splinter Cell, Mass Effect2, etc. )

OR

3rd Party DLC (Timed DLC like Fallout 3, Timed MW2 pack, GTA4, etc.).
