All Gamestop's were allotted a certain number of preorders per system and PS4 preorder allotment was at least 4 times as many as the One. In the small store my buddy works at they were given 10 preorders for the One and temporarily unlimited for the PS4. Making your system seem desirable by under producing the product is a stupid tactic.
