God Of War Chains Of Olympus Review

Like its predecessors, chains of olympusopens with a flash and a bang as Kratos begins knee-deep in combat with the Persian military during an invasion of the city of Attica. This first level will allow you to gain familiarity with the controls, which are a bit different now that the series is on a handheld. With only a single analog stick, dodging is now accomplished by holding both shoulder buttons and pressing the analog nub in the direction you want to dodge. Other than that, everything else is exactly as you remember it, which is an achievement in and of itself. It's tough to name a console-to-PSP game that has made the transition so well, butchains of olympus does it wonderfully.

On his adventure, Kratos will visit set piece after set piece that continually puts the last one to shame. From the battle-torn streets of Attica to the amazing backdrop of Tartarus, each level is more grandiose than the last with stunning scope and size. What's even more impressive is that many of the environmental backdrops also serve as puzzle components so that each part of a stage fits like a puzzle piece into the entire layout. For a development team's first stab at thegod of warfranchise, the creative direction in the game deserves some serious praise. Everything about the series has been nailed perfectly, including the trademark quick-time event mini-games to defeat some of the bigger enemies

If there are any flaws with God Of War Chains Of Olympus, they surface simply because the game looks so good. Pure and simple, the PSP is being pushed hard, and because of this there is some screen tearing and frame rate stuttering when things on screen get very hectic or chaotic. It's not often, but it shows up enough to be noticeable. The other element that some people might have trouble with is the puzzle design. Some of them are so maddeningly difficult to solve and some of the hints are so obscure and unhelpful that you'll want to smash your own face on Kratos' chain blades. Ultimately, a lot of the thinking challenges would have been better served with more distinct visual cues to help the player visualize a solution. Still, completing the puzzles gives a nice feeling of accomplishment when you're able to see how they connect to other parts of the level.

Dirt Bikes

Anyone Here knows how to Ride a Dirt bike, well I do, and man, thats the only thing i do in weekends I started when i was 10 when i got a Honda CR 80cc and my dad, uncle, my 2 cousins and, I would leave 6 am and come back 8 pm. we would ride all day. My Dad And I like tracks but my uncle and cousins go trails in the woods i prefer track but trails are alright When I was About 14 i got a Kawasaki KX 85cc 2 stroke. i used to love the sound of that baby and it was so fast until i crashed it. it took me a while to finally master it and now i have a 2008 Honda CR125cc 2 stroke and its the best i had my whole life if your in the 2nd gear and accelerate you could pop a wheely easy. as for my dad he had a 2007 CRF Honda 250 and i rode on it a few times but its to much sand for my truck and couldn't control it but now he bought a 2008 KTM 250 and its even better I've competed in races a few times and actually wond most of 'em but now im going to get serious and hope to become pro When Was 15 I jumped a ramp with my KX 85 but accelerated to much so i missed the ramp you were supposed to land on So when i was about 100 meters in the air. My mind raced as of what I should Do. I thought "should I stay on or Should i jump off" they i remembered what my trainer had once told me if you screw up you want to get as far as away form the bike as possible so i jumped off and broke my ankle. but my dirt bike had died.....the front wheel was all bent the seat and muffler was smashed at the impact and the forks were all smashed. So i did the right thing to jump off or i would have suffered my bikes fate So That what i do on weekend Practice what ever sport or motor sport you want It's Your Life.

Game Addiction

Are You One Of Those People That Once You Buy A Game You Have To Finish It To Stop Playing??? Well I am.. Ive been addicteed since little i would play 2 days straight and only stop to eat or use bathroom But then when you finish the game you feel disapointed because its over? That really ticks me off!!! I wish You could keep playing the same game and it would never end. So that what i do. You play how you want. Its Your Life.

Nintendo Dsi

We all heard about the new nintendo Dsi and its new features but some people aren't going to buy it all because you cant play game boy games. The good new is that the nintendo Dsi has a camara, is a little lighter, and a bunch of other cool features. I Asked alot of my friends who has normal DS, to see if they feel like switching and the majority said no because they like to play Game Boy games without carrying around an actual Game Boy. Some people said they would be switching because they really dont play game boys games anymore. So I guess it all comes down to: if you still enjoy game boy games you probaly wont switch unless you still have your gameboy around (I sold mine) or If you dont play anymore and just want to play the new DS games. I will get the Dsi for my personal reasons but if you dont. Hey Its Your Life.
