This top 10 is based on my personal opinion I hope you like it, please leave a comment and tell me if you know a good movie that I really need to see.
Number 10: Natural Born Killers "I realized my true calling in life. What's that? **** man, I'm a natural born killer."
The misadventures of Mickey and Mallory: outcasts, lovers, and serial killers. They travel across Route 666 conducting psychadelic mass-slaughters not for money, not for revenge, just for kicks. Glorified by the media, the pair become legendary folk heroes; their story told by the single person they leave alive at the scene of each of their slaughters
Woody Harrelson en Juliette Lewis in a no brainer movie by Quenten Tarentino. Forget the story just straightup killing, but so much fun to watch.
Number 9: Gladiator "Today I saw a slave become more powerful than the Emperor of Rome"
Just a great movie, lots of great action scenes. The soundtrack is very good aswell and Russell Crowe in one of his better roles
Number 8: Heat "I gotta hold on to my angst. I preserve it because I need it. It keeps me sharp, on the edge, where I gotta be"
Robert de Niro, Al Pacino and Val Kilmer in one of the best action movies of all time. One of the few action movies with a great story, and with one of the best car chasing scenes ever made, allmost as good as the Ronin chasing scene. The movie is 171 minutes but it never gets boring.
Number 7: Lord of The Rings: The Return of the King "Go on! Now! Throw it in the fire! "
I'm not a really big fantasy fan but The lord of the Rings was different for me. The great story about a great Journey. I liked it a lot and Peter Jackson is in his element as director of this epic movie trilogy.
Number 6: Goodfellas "As far back as I can remember, I've always wanted to be a gangster."
The story about a young boy who dreams of getting in to the maffia businnes, his dream becomes true. In my opinion the best maffia movie ever made, better then the Godfather
Number 5: One Flew over the cuckoo's nest "Is that crazy enough for ya'? Want me to take a **** on the floor?"
Jack Nicholson playing one of my favourite movie characters, McMurphy a guy who pretends that he is crazy to prevend him from going to jail, but he and up in a mental hospital.
Number 4: The Shining "Here's Johnny!"
Jack Nicholson at his best as Jack Torrance, a writer with a writer's block. Who turns crazy. A great standard of modern horror movie directed by the legendary Stanley Kubrick.
Number 3: Green Mile "People hurt the ones they love. That's how it is all around the world"
A masterpiece by Frank Darabont. One of the most touching movies I have ever seen with a great story about the live at death row in a prison in the US where one person John Coffey turns everything around with his magical powers.
Number 2: Pulp Fiction "Hamburgers. The cornerstone of any nutritious breakfast" "Oh, I'm sorry! Did I break your concentration?" "If my answers frighten you then you should cease asking scary questions"
I just love the Pulp Fiction quotes.
Quenten Tarentino's best movie ever about the two coolest **** ever: Vincent Vega and Jules Winnfield who work as hitman for mob bos Wallace and then there is the boxer Butch Coolidge The lives of these seemingly unrelated people are woven together comprising of a series of funny, bizarre and uncalled-for incidents. One of the best and most enjoyable movies with a Great cast: John Travolta, Samuel L. Jackson, Uma Thurman, Tim Roth and Bruce Willis.
Number 1: The Shawshank Redemption "Fear can hold you prisoner. Hope can set you free"
A movie about the live in the Shawshank prison, a movie about hope. I can't really tell why this movie is the best, oke the acting is brilliant but you just have to see it for yourself.
Allright that's it I'll hope you liked it. I know there are a lot of movie in it based on novels by Stephen King, but Stephen King is just the best. And there are a lot of movie that could have been it the top 10, well here is a list of movie that alsmost made the top 10: The Godfather, Schindler's list, Star wars, The Matrix, se7en, A clockwork orange, The departed, American History X etc...
