Even at high level its damage is very low- the split damage is a real killer and it's only gotten worse in the PC version. The pro is of course that it's extremely long-range, and has a funtime if not so useful 2-h R2, and a weak but useful 1-h R2.

Also keep in mind that shield-poke stamina drain was nerfed big-time in the PC version, so you can only get 4 or 5 pokes now as opposed to 7, which I believe was the old number.

Walp we tried for now- we'll get it eventually. Once we manage to get this working want to do some forest farming? :D

Hey forums, basically I didn't give Ciaran the Soul, and I didn't kill her either, so I lost out on everything. I need the two swords and the full armor set (Dark and Gold whatevers, Lord's Blade armor set, Ivory Mask). If there's anyone who doesn't want theirs or who has gone through NG+ already and gotten an extra set they don't need, I'd really like them. I can offer 1 titanite slab of any color, or 1 of EVERY color, or 2 standard Slabs, or all of the slabs I own. Mostly just think of it as a nice thing to do, and if you'd like some slabs out of it let me know.

I didn't say I doubted it was difficult, I was just asking as to the reason.

Also, no blocking is a part of PAIN? I was aware it included no counters of any sort, but I didn't know it outlawed blocking all together.
