The web is brilliant! Before the 1990's, people had to use books and encyclopedias. Now you could use the internet! In 1999, the number of familes in the US who had access to the World Wide Web was just 11 million! Now estimations say that more than 1 billion people in the world have access. And almost everybody in the United States has it. So who agrees with me the the internet is brilliant?
