It will cover it unlimited times during the product's actual warranty term, but after the original manufacturers warranty expires, it becomes a one and done. You can however purchase another PRP on the one they replaced.spchamp1

Hmm...so during the manufacture's warranty it's unlimited, how about if you bout the extended manufacturers warranty?  I would probably not even buy the PRP after the first time.

Does anyone know if the PRP only covers the 1 time during the term, or does it replace as many times as teh 360 breaks down within the term.

From what I read on the details and from what I got out of it, they only replace a broken product once.

I havent seen anything on the release plan past mid April on here so I dont know if it might last much longer. We also havent seen any news about games since .hack//GU part 2 as well. I dont know what other people think but I think the PS2 is almost done.

[QUOTE="2deluxe"]Oh yes, they only last 10 months till they die. . . . As far as I'm concerned no company has stated how long will a console they manufactured last. The answer is only time will tell. You could physically destroy it, it could be destroyed by accident, or it could be broken from old age. Who knows.

I guess what I meant was, how much longer do you think devs will still be making games for the PS2?

Did Sony ever say anything about the lifespan of the PS2?  I am thinking about getting one.

Either one should work, the main difference is what it's rated at. Cat5E should do the work.
