Away from TV.com:
- Some news about my job situation :). The answer to whether my job is going to last until September stands squarely on the decision of the woman who the person who I'm covering is covering, of whether she intends to return to work at rhe end of June. That decision was supposed to be made over 3 weeks ago :(. But. being the nice people they are, my department has extended my contract from finishing at the beginning of June, to finishing at the beginning of July :D. Which means, if things dont work out, I only need to find work for 2 and half months before I go to Uni :D. Although I am still annoyed at the fact that whether I'm staying or going still hasn't been decided yet :(.
- Also at work, I had a free health check :D. I kinda was a bit nervous about what the results might've been :(, but it turns out that I'm totally fine :D, and my colestoral level is a surprisingly healthy 3.1 :D, which I'm kinda amazed at, considering how much cr@p I eat, LOL :P . So Yaayy!! Go healthy me :D.
- I went to a 60th birthday party :D. No bouncy castle at this party, lol :P. But they did decide to get a game of lawn cricket going in the garden, and one of the batsmen managed to accidentilly wallop the ball straight into a lady's crotch, haha :P, thank goodness we were only using Tennis Balls, LOL :lol:.
- I went and saw my niece perform in a musical :D.
- I went to the cinema again! :D. And this time it wasn't by myself, LOL :P. We saw Star Trek :D. And it was pretty awesome :D. We also saw it in an IMAX cinema, which I've never done before, and we saw the first public screening of the film aswell :D. So overall, it was a pretty awesome day :D.
- We finally got wireless internet access in our house :D. Which also means I finally got my Wii conected to the net aswell :D. So if anybody ever fancies playing against me online, feel free to PM me, and we can exchange friend codes :D.
- I managed to catch one of my fingers in a door when I closed it :o, and now my finger's all bruised and achy :(.
