So today marks not only my sixteenth birthday, but also my three year anniversary at GameSpot. While I don't feel exactly the same way about this place I did before, nevertheless I still find it and many users here interesting enough to always come back. I'd like to say thanks to the FAU for a big part in that, and I'll just say thanks to OT as a whole as I'm not going to list individual users, which wouldn't end well.

As for my birthday, I honestly didn't do much. I don't really make a big deal about birthdays in general, so I went about today as a normal day. I did pick myself up a little present, Paris, Texas, which I've been dying to buy for a while now. I probably should have waited for the Criterion sale next month, but I felt today was as good as time as any.

Anyways, to wrap things up nicely, thanks GS for being a place I can't help but visit every so often, and I hope to be around for another year.

So I finally jumped on the Steam train, and so far I really like it. Lots of great games for great prices, although all I've been playing is a few demos. Will look into actually buying some real games shortly, although I doubt my computer can even run any of them half way decent (to give you an idea, my computer struggled on playing the Portal demo at the lowest settings).

So today marks not only my fifteenth birthday, but also my two year anniversary at GameSpot. It's been a blast these two years, and while I couldn't possibly list all the users that make this place worthwhile (I tried once, and it didn't work out), I will say that basically everyone on my friends list, everyone from the FAU, and many, many OT users would be included if I did.

So thanks GS, for being a great place to visit, and here's hoping I'll be around for another year (I still need to hit that damn 10k).

Well, yesterday was my 14th birthday! I didn't get to post it yesterday because a stupid storm knocked out our power. Anyways, I got a new stereo system for my room, and alot of new CD's, like Wish You Were Here by Pink Floyd, The Future Starts Here by the Doors, and Number of the Beast by Iron Maiden.

Yesterday was also my 1 year anniversery at Gamespot, and I must say, it's been a great year. Thanks to all you guys for making GS a fun place to come, and I'm looking foward to the next year.
