Sry..i was a little vage with those numbers..

What i ment was when i go into my contral panel > sytem..it shows me what my CPUs clocl speed is.

When i dont over clock. it stays at 2.4 2.4 but when i set it to 400 x 6 it went to 2.4 3.6.

Is there any good overclocking programs out there.. someone mentioned Rivertuner or something and there was another one to.?

Vanine_28

ah ok.

You have oced to 3.6GHz.

@ load the speed is 3.6GHz & when Idle speed is 2.4GH. Bcoz EiST is Enabled

Don't you think it's a bit high ?

OC it to 3GHz or 3.2GHz (333x9 = 3GHz, 356x9=3.2GHz)

Don't use that program.

Go to BIOS (When you turned on the computer, press DELETE key) Overclock it from there.

You will see something called "JUMPER FREE xxxxxxxxxx" (I can't remember exactly)

& also what do you mean by "2.4 2.4 to 2.4 3.6" ???

I already have that 300GB SATA 150 8MB Cache HDD & I'm about to buy 500GB SATA2 32MB cache HDD.

500GB 32MB Cache is about ~100 Euros.

O.K. i need help quick i´m ordering a graphics card and my time is limited.. I´m wanting a graphic card to run crysis on about 30 - 40 frames per second or higher.. Willthe 8800gt series do it?? Looking at the alpha dog xfx, or the evga superclocked..

My specs - 2 gig ram

2.4ghz intel core 2 duo

and the res is 1024 x 1028..

What will i need to run it full?

I guess you have E6600. If that the processor you have, you will run Everything in High + 2X AA @ 1024x768 resolution.

25-40FPS but sometimes it will drop below 20FPS
