My replacement PS3 shuts it self down whenever it feels like it but comes back on no problem, this always seems to happen when i'm online especially on socom, i know its not over heating, the fan doesnt even reach the second stage

anybody got any suggestions?

it overheated. just backup your files to your pc or to an usb hard drive or flash disk.
