I'd like to see PS2 emulation, a built in hard drive, L2 and R2 buttons, a second analog stick and also more kinds of memory stick support (eg: micro SD).
Some people call the next PSP the PS2P, so I wouldn't mind betting PS2 emulation may happen, especially after a number of rumours suggesting the PSP2 will have graphics like the original XBOX, which virtually has the same graphics as the PS2.
I certainly won't replace my beloved Radiant red PSP 3000. The PSP GO is just not a bigger enough improvment. I don't have a credit card, so I can't buy games from the Playstation Store. Although, i love he idea of keeping your PSP games on a Memory stick, i'm gonna stick with the UMDs
I use a 4GB card, and that holds all my favourite music, my save games, and a few demos. I mean if you wanted to break the law and put iso/cso games on there, you'd probably need 16GB. i would never hack a psp though, cause you know if everyone did this, there would be not PSP game industry before too long. a save game uses about 50KB to 700kb, so it depends what you want it for.
