Warhorse developers could teach Bethesda how to animate for climbing ladders. Bethesda still doesn't know how to do it.

The smaller, closed off maps were so much fun. Like some of the companion quests that sent you to unique places, instead of the handful of planets. Like Liam's quest was well written and a blast to do. Finding the Salarian Ark was really great, too. But then you get on those giant, empty planets and the game comes grinding to a halt.

It's like they took the worst parts of Dragon Age Inquisition, the empty open worlds, and made it worse. I'll take smaller, more unique quests over sprawling open worlds with nothing to do in them any day of the week.

I was able to eventually ignore the terrible animation and faces, but there were still some times were it completely pulled me out of the game and I was laughing at how bad it was.

@Greyfox-101: Look at Horizon Zero Dawn. They did eye movement right. Very small eye movements makes them look more realistic. Bioware knew this, but hired somebody who was a terrible animator and thought small eye movements means move them left to right at regular intervals as far as they can move.

I'm really thinking about canceling my pre-order. The videos I've watched so far of the interaction between characters is so jarring because of those wonky facial animations that I can't get ignore it. Whoever at Bioware saw these animations and said, "Good enough" should never work in the industry again.

@cboye18: I used to play that on the PS2 in my dorm room in college with some friends. One of the funnest games, and easily the best LOTR game every made. I wish they would remake it for the new consoles. I'd play the shit out of it. Or make a new RPG based on the book.

What I want to know is if there is an actual story or not. I'm not into Dark Souls and games like it because it has no story. Yes, yes, Souls fanboys, I know there is a very light narration in Souls games, but it is only there to explain why you are the way you are.

I'm talking actual plot and story. Beginning, middle, and end. If there isn't an actual plot, this'll be another game I ignore.

Got to be honest, really tired of open-world, survival sandbox build games. It's like 1 has some slight success, and now there are 1,000 of them. I guess an actual plot and story is too much to ask for these days.

If it's not an rpg I'm not interested. With EA using their charts and graphs to find the most generically pleasing things, it'll most likely be garbage anyways.

Just give us the next Dragon Age, make it like Origins with a better story and more characters, and 90% of the fanbase will be happy.

I'll bet Nuka World is just another map full of enemies to kill, and nothing else. Bethesda has no imagination when it comes to alternative play styles.

I'd like it if they finally added Crackdown to the list.

I care about 1 game and 1 game only: Crackdown.

When that is backwards compatible, let me know.
