I had an English asignment called senior memory book. All us seniors had to make a book filled with chapters about our past and pictures. Chapters like elementary school, vacation, middle school, puppy love etc...

I didn't want my feelings put on paper since they still existed.... so i wrote a poem for it instead.

A friend read it and told me to put it on my blog, so what do you think?

My soul is a dove,

Who knows only love.

Flying high and free,

Over the endless sea.

You are a rose,

Whose beauty always shows.

Your thorns say go away,

But the flower makes me stay.

Your smile makes me shake,

And the ground beneath begins to quake.

I can feel my heart rumble,

As the earth begins to crumble.

You are more precious than any jewels,

Any that disagree are royal fools.

You shine brighter than any gold,

When we met, my heart was sold.

This testament is mine and mine alone,

I do not care if you don't condone.

This revealing expression,

Is my truest confession.
