If you wanna level up fairly quickly (without submitting alot of stuff), I found an easy way was to just go through a walkthrough of a game you're playing(You don't have to use all the hints).I was playing three different games atthe same timeand I was just going through their walkthrough's at the same timeand two days later I was up three levels. Last month I was playing Oblivion and I went up one level, looking through it's walkthrough, so ultimately the moral of the story is, You should try it.
