The "Real" Title: Resident Evil Village is a very optimized game.

The "Running with no Graphics card" bit is click bait, cause the article they are quoting is from PC gamer's benchmark test of their $400 budget PC which has an APU in it, that is a CPU that has a GPU in it.

While it technically doesn't have a "Graphics Card", the CPU compensates for that. So no your Laptop with Integrated Graphics isn't going to run Resident Evil Village, but your 3gb Graphics Card from 6 years ago probably will.
