Once I saw the part about this being on the Wii U, I knew right then that it was not the next "graphics king."

Its not supposed to be a graphic king in the Wii U, for that the Wii U had to be a next gen console :)

my question, does it have car to car reflections?napo_sp
It doesnt have, it would be really hard for any computer to bare the reflections between up to 64 vehicles + environment and weather changes.

It will run on PS3, Xbox 360 and WiiU at 720p @ 30 fps :)
