I could not reply on the other topic, but concerning the playing with friends on other servers, I am on Blackgate and my buddies are on Isle of Jathir and Northern Shiverpeaks, I am able to play with my buddy on his other server when I am in OVERFLOW. I can see him and we can quest, do events etc. Just in case anyone was wondering. Hope I helped! Enjoy the game!
