Just got notified that they fixed my 360, woohoo!

Dangit! I was playing Forza Motorsport 2 on my 360 and it gave me the red ring of death. Good thing my warranty expires in the next five days...hopefully I won't have to pay anything to get the console fixed. I guess it's PC gaming for awhile, now.

Well, I've finally experienced XBOX Live, and I loved it. My 30-Day Gold membership trial is over, but at least I made good progress on HALO 3. I only had 2 achievements left when it expired (Maybe Next Time Buddy and Two For One). I'm glad I got to play, and I hope to continue my membership someday and get the rest of the achievements. Currently I have 990 gamer points for HALO 3, and I have the rank of Captain.

Well I have 900 gamer points for HALO 3. I'm planning on getting XBOX Live this summer to get the last 100 and get the Katana armor. I don't have a good enough internet connection to connect, and I'm moving in about 2 months (to go to college). However, I am working on a HALO 3 video, which I plan to release sometime during early April. It's a recording from the ending of the last campaign mission, which me and a friend finished on Legendary (I beat the level by myself on Legendary, too). Anyway, I have to get him to come over to do voiceovers, which I might include if they sound okay. This will be the first step to making what I hope to be a series of HALO 3 movies, since I discovered that awesome recording feature of the game. I hope to get my HALO 3 friends to come over, and we'll make movies with the multiplayer and put dialogue on them. It'll be funny stuff, nothing serious...well that depends on what my friend writes for the script (since he's a really good writer, and I'm good with technical stuff). Anyway, that's what's going to happen soon, and I hope to upload the video to GameSpot as soon as I finish with it.

HALO 3 is the absolute best game I have ever played. I've finished the fight on Heroic mode, but it's time to go back and finish it completely by getting all the skulls, accessing all the terminals, and beating all the missions on Legendary. Currently, I've gotten all the skulls, and accessed most of the terminals, and beat 2/3rds of the campaign on legendary. After that, I just have to wait until I can get XBOX Live and start unlocking Multiplayer achievements. If anyone reads this, vote for HALO 3 as best 360 game of the year, it deserves the rank.

HOLY CRAP!!! I got an XBOX 360 for Christmas AND HALO 3!!!! Man, I am sooooo excited. It's time to kick some butt in "Heroic" mode!!! WOOHOOO!!!

Well...so far I've uploaded 18 gameplay videos. Not many comments on them, but lots of comments on some. Right now I'm focusing on playing an addon for CFS3 known as Over Flanders Fields. The challenge is to survive the average lifespan of a WWI pilot on the front: 17 hours. So far, I haven't made it without--cheating hehe. However, I've set the difficulty to hard and realistic on everything, and I'm not going to bail out when shot down (WWI pilots could not bail out because there were no parachutes). I'm also trying to beat the Red Baron's record of 81 confirmed kills. My wingmen are not very good at reporting my kills because sometimes I have had like 12 claims and only 3 confirmed kills. It's sad. Anyway, I'm also trying to get an instrument rating on Flight Simulator 2004, and I'm sure that will take some work. Well, my life is going great, and now I'm going to go upstairs and play some Flight Simulator and possibly prepare a new CFS3 video to upload.

Ok, well this is like the most annoying videogame experience that's happened to me yet. Yesterday I was flying around in Falcon 4.0 Allied Force. I was on a mission where I had to attack a tank batallion and destroy a few with some bombs. Anyway, I took out a TON of tanks, like I had 6 bombs and with each I blew up around 5 on average (the biggest was 1 bomb and like maybe 15-20 tanks). So I probably blew up around 20-30 tanks with that run. I had also scored 2 air kills before I did that. Then when I was flying home, some enemy fighters appeared and started firing missiles at me. They shot like 5 or 6 and I managed to dodge all of them, but my wingman died with the first missile they shot at him. So, I keep dodging until I run out of chaff (for confusing radar missiles) and I fly home as fast as I can. I keep radioing the AWACS to send help because I'm in a real pickle with like 4 Su-27s armed with long range radar guided missiles chasing me while I have no chance of evading their missiles. I keep the jet on full throttle (not afterburner) and fly below 300ft to keep them from getting a lock. They chase me like 50 miles until I get to waypoint 5 which is 130NM from my airbase. Around that time I get saved by a flight group of F-18s that the AWACS probably sent to help me, and so I'm home free at 126NM out from base. I start my climb and switch to an external view when...the screen goes black and the game crashes . I swear I probably cried at that moment because I had never done a mission better than that. Who knows? If I had arrived at base I probably would have gotten promoted to Lt. Colonel (I'm a Major) and I definitely would have earned some kind of medal [the game scores stuff for medals by adding up the number of ground and air targets you destroy, and the more missiles that get fired at you, the less targets it takes to earn a medal or promotion, and I had like 6 missiles fired at me]. So, well I was EXTREMELY disappointed in my computer. I was so depressed that I just turned it off and burned a videogame clip onto a CD and when I came down here to upload it and maybe write this blog entry on it, my dad was on the computer, so I went upstairs and just played Splinter Cell. Anyway, I'm going to try and upload a videogame clip.

Well, those are some words of wisdom. Never make a ninja angry because, unlike samurai, they will not tell you when they're going to attack you, so if you make one mad you best watch out. However, it would be a better choice not to make a ninja mad, so you don't have to worry about anticipating their attack. Ninjas are cooler than samurai, of course, ninjas would have a disadvantage when it comes to a head on fight with more than one samurai, but with the element of surprise, a ninja could easily defeat five, maybe even six samurai at a time. Anyway...yeah I guess I'll go on about something else.
 Life is not treating me fairly (as usual), so well I'm just going to go study until life is no longer a factor in the equation. If at nothing else, I have Megumi to keep me happy because she'll always be by my side, and she is not capable of betraying me. I've even got flight simulators to simulate flying in military aircraft and earning medals and stuff for great performances. I haven't had time for videogames in these last two weeks because I need time to work on stuff for people like videos or translation scripts and stuff, and I also need my few minutes every day to sit and feel sorry for the misfortunes of my life (especially social life and skills...of which I have none).
  I guess it's back to working on projects, homework, and maybe listening to Star Wars music or the Rurouni Kenshin soundtrack...maybe even X-Japan (I'm not so into them anymore). Someday I'm going to get a katana...and hopefully I'll be able to make my own kusari-gama (ninja weapon) so I can easily defeat an oponent who has a katana. Hopefully by the lock-in, I'll have my ninja equipment ready for the sneak game. Anyway, if anyone reads this, please comment...
