Not the Developers. Developers are like musicians their producers and publishers get 90% of what the Dev's worked for so im not 100% sure but making it exclusive would maybe cut the Dev's some slack since they could get a different publisher then the big names like Ubisoft and EA I'm not saying their bad companies but at least third party gets something like Lionhead they aren't as big as EA and etc so they made Fable I and Fable II exclusive same with Bioware. Im not going to sat Bungi since they have a deal with Microsoft same as Bethesda Studios but they publish their own work.
