It sounds pretty awesome, and will definitely be different from the first one. In case you haven't heard about it, here are the new features:

-Takes place in 1476 in Venice, Italy

-The character's name is Ezio Auditore de Firenze, also an ancestor of Desmond Miles

-The numerous water canals of Venice can be used as hiding spots, or places to drown your targets

-Many historical figures from Renaissance era Italy will be in the game, such as Da Vinci and Machiavelli.

-Notoriety system like the Hitman series

-Sixteen different types of missions

-More weapon selection such as axe, hammer, mace, spear, sword, halberd, and hidden blades. The weapon you have equipped will determine the tactics you need to use for combat.

-More sophisticated combat such as being able to disarm enemies

-Use of da Vinci's flying machine

-Night and day cycle

Personally, it's definitely a step up from the first one, and it could be an excellent game if executed properly. What do you think of it?

Seeing as how its only 10 bucks I figured I might go out and grab it as long as its not a 40 hour game. So yea, how long did it take you to play through?Garygok

Well on my first try it took about 9 hours because I didn't use a guide or anything. The replay value is mostly in getting an A ranking on each of the levels, as that can be challenging. I would also recommend the power pack from marketplace, as this also extends the game.

Great creative topic.

My game would be a third person shooter with RPG elements. It would have more RPG elements than Bioshock but less than Fallout 3. It would be an open world with a horror type theme. It would take place through the sewers, but the sewers would lead to different types of worlds. You would have unlimited ammo that was similar to Mass Effect's system. You would be able to upgrade your weapons and attributes.

The story would be about a man who was walking home after work but is then violently grabbed around the ankle from and hand from the sewer and dragged him down. He is knocked out until he awakens in a room with three other survivors, and they make an escape. The three survivors are 1. A Doctor 2. A Magician and 3. An unlogical women that doesn't always think straight under pressure. They are traveling through the sewer system and run into different types of creatures and parts of the sewer that seem unreal.

I just came up with this, so I haven't put alot of thought into it. Any thoughts?

Would it be like a "squad based" game where you could switch to control all three of them? What kind of nemies would you have?

I would make a FPS with a deep stroy and great game play!!!!!

Ok your this guy who lived in a foster home all his life and no one ever cared about him. So one day the world has been attack by this unknown enemy and within 3 years the human race is almost gone. So everybody has to fight these enemies man, women, or child. but u is this guy who doesnt care if he lives or die cuz he has nothing to live. U r a part of this team of ppl of used to be soliders to try to take down the queen and/or leader. Oneday his team saved most of a city from being taken down(or blew up) and he found this women and her little boy that he comes to care for and later in the game comes to love. In the game ur team takes down one of the queens and/or leader pets (that like a really big boss that can knock down bulidings) and the queen gets mad and orders that his teamto getkilled (this will be the last lvl) they have a big fight in the city New York. during the fight one of the leaders of the unknown enemy kills the women and her son with no mercy. Now u want ur revenge and want to kill the queen. Yes there would be a sequel to this.

The gameplay would have alot of blood and gore with big boss battles. alsomultiplayer and co-op. wat do u tink of it?

It has a great story. Would there be future/more advanced weapons in the game?

I'm thinking that maybe i could somehow take some instruments commonly used in bands like the guitar, drums, and bass guitar and somehow turn it into a game. Then turn them into cool little plastic replicas used to play the game. It would be played by hitting a series of scrolling buttons or "notes" simultaneously with the replicated instruments in sync with a song. The notes of course would have to correspond to the song playing to give the player a sense of realism. The guitars would have to many chords and such so i would have to simplify it down to 4-5 buttons so as to not make it too challenging. The drums would also have to be dumbed down because there would simply be too many pads and cymbals for it to be believeably easy so we could make it about 4 pads. the buttons in each column would be differently colored so the player could tell them apart and i could use a mixture of old/modern songs to attract all age groups. Then i could throw in a microphone for the complete "i'm kind of in a band" simulation. I think i've struck gold :D what do you guys think of my idea?

How would it be different from Rock Band or GT:World Tour? It sounds kind of similar to them.

I have an idea for a new Action RPG named Ut Liberatio. Please give feedback.

It's 2019. An evil dictator, "Soter", has taken over the world with his army of followers. They are the Occultus Phasma Phasmatis. You start off as a recruit for the powerful resistance organization, Ut Liberatio. You have to do missions in a game world based off of satelite images of every nook and cranny on Earth. You begin progressing and soon become the leader of a two-man squad all the way up to Commander-and-Chief of Ut Liberatio. The final boss fight is a multi-stage battle against the dictator. And yes, it will be an actual boss fight, not just a wave of enemies or a weak person or any other of the way bosses have been.

It would play like Fallout 3, as in the first/third person perspectives and aiming, just no VATS. You could use any thing as a weapon, e.i. a stick, a brick, a rock, a chicken, a gun, a broken gun, a blown up gun, a disenigrated gun, a flashlight, street lights, etc. You could modify the weapons, fix broken weapons, or craft new weapons. You can by, find, and drive any vehicle and any destroyed one can be put back in working order.

The enemies, NPCs, and soldiers all look unique and special. Each and every one of the billions of NPCs has it's own story. The game also has a very long story, with 100,000+ story missions and billions of side quests given out by NPCs of all races. At the beginning, you pick a native language and then you have to take classes and read books to raise your knowledge of other languages. You will also have skill levels for eaverything imaginable, e.i. handgun aiming, assault rifle aiming, sniper rifle aiming, sub-machine gun aiming, chain gun aiming, flamethrower aiming, etc. You will have a level cap, but it'll be 999,999,999,999,999.

There would be a multiplayer portion, but only after development of the game has concluded. It'll will be FREE and I don't care WHAT Microsoft says. It will have two portions. The first is a massive multiplayer experiance where the world is filled with thousands of players at a time, like an MMO, but better. The other would be a basic, FPS-style multiplayer, where you can still level up. You could designate any area in the world as you battlegrounds.

I cannot beleive I spent so long on one post. Again, leave feedback.

Phoenix534

That definitely sounds like a game I would play. It sounds pretty huge, larger than any RPG I've ever seen. How big would the world be? I like the fact that nothing is off limits. A lot of games have invisible walls which I hate, but no game allows you to make full use of the environment. The fact that you can use anything as a weapon or vehicle and fix them is pretty cool. I have to ask, would repairing the items be a minigame, or is it like a skill where you can only repair low-tech items at first, but then move up to fix higher-tech items. It sounds like a game that could possibly take well over a year to finish, so it would definitely have high replay value. Also, what are the races? It would be really cool to have humanoid races that are half-animal by some deformation. Also, what would the world look like? I am planning on pursuing video game design as a career, and if I do get that far, I would definitely consider making this game. I hope you answer my questions, as I am very intrigued by this idea.

which one would you choose? It should preferably be a pre-2000 game, even before then.

They're usually just run-of-the-mill games. I have never seen or heard of a movie-tie-in that has ever been innovative in gameplay. They-re also rushed to get it with the movie release. In case you didn't know, there were plans for a Dark Knight game, but it was canned. Know why? Because it would have to be released after the movie in order to make a quality product, but since the publisher realized that they would lose potential revenue if it was released after the movie, they cancelled it. It possibly could have been a great game that didn't have repetitive, derivative gameplay like most movie-tie-ins. So that's why.

It's going to fail, because it's on PS3 and because the idea won't work. PSN is not as good as Xbox Live, and that's why there's far less users. And since barely anyone has a PS3, there isn't as much potential for a large fanbase. It may do better on 360 because of a larger online community, but I still don't like the idea. 256 person battles would be plain mayhem. And leveling up is for sword-and-sorcery games like WoW. It sounds like their trying to be like WoW, because WoW has raids that can consist of 80 people. But 256 will be a lot harder, and leveling up doesn't fit if this is supposed to be realistic.

I am curious to know what people would think of for new game ideas. Just give a possible title and a general gist of things like the plot and gameplay.

NOTE: Please post original ideas and not ideas for sequels to existing games.
