I highly doubt it. PC's are just way too powerful, and they get exponentially more powerful as the years go on. Tablet PC's are really just there for convinience and availability; basically, for those moments when you have no PC to get on.
Batman will win, but he can't ever truly win because well he can't exactly kill Snake while Snake can always kill Batman. He can only keep beating the crap out of him.
