Oh look, another GameSpot article bashing the Wii U. I don't understand how people in the comments are still surprised by these. GameSpot made it very clear from the start that they were avid fanboys of anything not Nintendo. Did the crappy review of the genius game ZombiU not give that away? Or were you waiting for them to give Ocarina of Time a 3.5?
@xion-br-3 OH MY GOD, M$ JUST GAVE THE 360 INTERNET EXPLORER. PRAISE THE GODS, THIS IS TRULY REVOLUTIONARY AND AMAZING. IT IS NOW TRULY THE BEST SYSTEM EVER MADE.
I knew GameSpot would do anything to try and hurt the Wii U's launch, but even I was shocked by this. Nice to see GameSpot is still dedicated to totally unbiased Nintendo hate.
I like how everyone acts like the Wii was Nintendo's only system ever. "Hopefully the Wii U won't have bad third party like usual." Like usual. Like how the GameCube, N64, SNES, and NES had terrible third-party. Right? Hell, even the DS, a more recent system, had stellar third-party. But, lol, the Wii is so lame, Nintendo will always only make stupid kiddie games. Because Eternal Darkness was not on the GameCube. Metroid Prime Trilogy was totally for little kids.
No no, it's a terrible value. $300? I'm definitely going to wait for the $600+ Micro$oft or $ony system instead. With my $100+ yearly membership to their online network. No, getting access to Nintendo Network, getting a tablet controller, all of that stuff in this innovative new system, all for $300, that's a terrible price. Nintendo is a bunch of crooks.
Reading the comments: "Oh this game looks so stupid, it's just the same Mario over and over again. They don't do anything creative." and "Oh this game looks so stupid, they changed it so much from the original Paper Mario. Why can't they just stick with the same play style?" Got it. The new Paper Mario that didn't even come out yet and that no one has played yet is bad because it's the same exact thing that is too different from the original. Seems legit.
Still trying to drag down the Wii U I see. They said there were to plans yet. Not that they will never consider it. It could happen. Especially considering Ubisoft's faith in the Wii U, and backing up Nintendo all throughout the Wii U's launch.
