and i also have a ethernet cable near my PC and i plan to play on the monitor (its all set up and ready to go) but im guessing i DO need another ethernet cable...or does the console come with one, and is there a small tool like a split ethernet cable thing...adapter...anything?

So, i have a quick question about network connections...

First off, if you connect the ethernet cable to the PS3, will it be as fast as your internet provider or do the servers run on dedicated servers so pretty much no lag...

Second, WiFi....i'm pretty sure there is no need for a ethernet cable if you got that (i may be wrong...idk) will that be slow or fast or anything

Third, do the internet connections affect PS3 shop downloads and mutiplayer alot?

Fourth, which connection do you have and prefer.
