Here's a relic for you: Superbike 2001! I liked this better than any MotoGP game. Colin McRae Rally 04 is another good one when feeling the need for speed. I prefer the PC for racing games. Console controllers don't cut it, a PC driving wheel like the Logitech MOMO is much better. There are decent, cheaper wheels out there, too. My favorite low-tech, no frills sim that can run on any machine is Strat-O-Matic baseball. Action PC football is another sim that doesn't put a strain on the processor but is still fun. Neither game is as flashy and pretentious as the EA Sports games!
