so, i had my first visit ever with a chiropractor today,
because i've been having some major backpain in my
lower back. they did all these x-rays and scans.
the x-rays showed my lower back is out of allignment,
and i have some pinched nerves (yikes).

and the scan showed i have some major problems in my
upper back i'm not even feeling. like uneven amounts of
muscle, and stress or something. it was weird. haha.
but they're gonna fix it, so i won't be in as much pain.
the lady already did some stuff, and i already feel a little better.
i've got another appointment for saturday, and i can't wait.

i made the JV basketball team at my school.
i'm very excited.

we had our first scrimage tonight.
i was the high scorer,
and i started at point-guard.

needless to say,
life is good. =]

the previous bulletin was not to offend anyone.
really.

i was just informing you that i probably won't be around the forums much for awhile.

i can't keep coming here if everyone's gonna talk bad about my favorite show.
and be all mad, and hate the show.

i used to love to come here,
and talk to everyone about without a trace.
but it's getting harder and harder,
because no one is happy.

so, idk when i'll be back next.
might be tomorrow,
might be in a month.
i just can't keep listening to everyone complain.

give the new storylines a chance.
you never know.
complaining won't do anything.

this week is premeire week.
tomorrow starts it.
i'm so excited.
i have so many premeires to watch.

let's see.
first and foremost,
Without A Trace,
and Grey's Anatomy.

Cold Case,
CSI,
The Big Bang Theory,
Private Practice.
i think that's it.
but that's alot.
and i cannot wait.

plus,
i have two volleyball matches.
but that's normal.

on my way home from volleyball on thursday night,
me, my mom, and my friend got into a car accident.

we got t-boned on the passenger side,
where i was sitting.
but i got the least of the injuries.
i have alot of cuts on my legs,
from where the window came in.
but that's it.

my friend got hit in the eye by the airbag and needed stitches.
and my mom broke a bone in her right hand and right foot.

it was so scary.
but we're all okay.

yay. i got named co-captain of the freshmen volleyball team at my school. =]

yep yep.

i made the freshmen volleyball team today.
i'm so happy.

but i have practice every morning from 9-11 on weekdays.
that kinda sucks.
but completely worth it. =]
