Hi guys, I'm in search of this rts game but I forgot the name of it...

-It has a fantasy setting

-you don't directly control any units, but to run your kingdom you post bounties on monsters.

-NPC heroes in search of fame and glory will then go and try to kill the monsters in order to earn your bounty.

-This game has 3d graphics, so it's not terribly old.

Anybody remember this game?
