Awesome stuff man! I really hope it's a remake of FF7 though, but Coming Soon? end of 2009 at the earliest, whatever your definition of soon is though. And hey, what a cool site that is, never been there before! I'm gonna check it out more often.
Now I apologize to you Green Goblin for being skeptical at first. And your right, we should all trust each other more on this forum. After all you were just trying to spread some cool news! Whether it be Advent Children on bluray or a remake or both, or something else entirely, it's all good.
It's me pal, but I'm refusing to provide a link because I wanna appeal to human trust. It's gone these days... and I'm like kinda lazy to look for that link.
But once I do, you'll understand what I'm doing here... and that I'm not lying ;)
Fine I believe you..................NOW SHOW ME THE GOODS! Lol just kidding I belive you, why else would you say it then? But let it be known that if you are in fact lying, I will haunt you on the boards for the rest of your gamespotting life!
If you want people to believe you Goblin why don't you go back to the place you got that from, get the name of the site, then come back here and tell us what it is. So then by that process we can venture to that site ourselves and see what you have shown us firsthand! Or elso no one will ever believe you!
But that being said, i really hope this is real! It would be so great to see a remake, especially on PS3 hardware. I mean look at FF13! It looks utterly fantastic!
Time for a rant!
For Guitar Hero Games I don't pay attention to ratings, either you like them or you don't. But I have to say that Guitar Hero this time around does not have a very good track list, but the fact that you can make your own music looks really fun and inventive, and goes to show that the developers are still coming up with some great ideas. Also the guitar hero series has far better peripherals in terms of quality and functionality. I mean Rock Bands instruments on the 360 barely work, the buttons on the guitars are absolutely awful and you don't feel that your actually hitting the notes with the buttons or the strum bar, while GH's guitar is solid and you really get that satisfaction when you play the instrument. Also the drums for Rock Band compared to GH is, well there is no comparison. GH has a far better drum set, not much noise and once again better quality build. I think Harmonix is the developer that is just trying to cash in, with Rock Band, just make cheap crap so people break it then buy new stuff all over again and don't even bother putting anything new in Rock Band 2 over Rock Band 1, they are almost exactly the same, just new songs. But the songs in Rock Band 2 are better (in my opinion) than GH4. And look at the differences between GH3 and GH4. There are a lot of them! But these games are about what you, the player, prefers, whether it be song selection or peripherals. And even if this series is just like Madden, that doesn't mean you have to get every game just because they put it out there. The developers are trying to give the players what they want, and every year it's something different or new. So the more games the merrier I say!
Whew! Long winded of me.
I'll list my games and lay down a rating beside them.
1. Metal Gear Solid 4 - (9.5/10)
2. Uncharted Drake's Fortune - (9/10)
3. The Orange Box - (9/10)
4. Motorstorm - (8/10)
5. Star Wars The Force Unleashed (7/10)
I plan on getting Far Cry 2, Dead Space, Spider Man Web of Shadows and Guitar Hero World Tour.
When those creatures were after me I stopped shooting and the game didn't freeze. I don't even see the point of shooting at them anyway because that corridor is so short. And when i got to the bunker a second time, i entered the hallway where the beasts came and i shot them in there instead of hanging back in the previous room, and it didn't freeze!
I'm glad this is a typical occurance, i got a little worried at first. Just hope it doesn't happen again, kinda annoying.
4 player splitscreen
Custom soundtrack
who has that?
PSP107
Motorstorm 2 does, you can play offline (4 player splitscreen) and it gives you the option of putting your own custom soundtrack in.
Man if you can trade both those games in for even one game it would be worth it, seeing as Strangelhold isn't really a full game but a glorified tech demo. Assassins Creed, i thought was fun and i'm going to keep my copy, but hell if you can trade your games in and get two much better ones. Go for it!
