From the way the article was worded it sounded like it was for the Go only. I guess the only real advantage over the PSP 3000 would be the bluetooth, which I personally would never use.

I was looking up some info on the PSP Go and I saw that it has something called in game sleep function, which "enables users to operate XMB while pausing gameplay". Looks like another reason to pick up the Go in the fall. Here is a link to the article.
