I just noticed I've been here for over a year now. I think it's kind of pathetic that I'm only level 14 though. I should start spending more time here.

Just finished SMG. It's a lot of fun and all the levels play differently. I got a couple of the extra stars, but I'm not going for the full 120 stars. GTA is coming out soon. Hopefully I can get that in the next couple of months.

So SMG is the game of the year. I've haerd nothing, but good things about it, but I didn't know it was that good. I guess I should pick it up and start playing my Wii again. I'm also planning on getting Mass Effect soon, so that should fun.

I just got The Orange Box last week. I finished Half-Life 2 on thursday and fell in love with the game. I now have a combine soldier as my icon. I also noticed something strange, after I added Orange Box(a game that got a 9.5) I lost my good taste emblem. My average score was an 8.6, it didn't even change after I added Orange Box. I guess it doesn't really matter anyway, I'm still having fun with the game.

I don't understand all the hype for this game. Everyone keeps saying it's gonna be this sleeper hit for the PS3. Why? I know the game is all about creating levels that you can play and share with others. I guess the reason the hype hasn't caught on with me is that I know I can't make anything that good. Am I not gonna enjoy the game because of that?

Now here's why I don't think the game's going to be very popular. When most casual gamers look at the game they'll probably dismiss it as just something for the kids. It's new and different, so a lot of them won't even give it a try. The game's second trailer however, does help show that the game is something everyone can enjoy. Although up to now most of the people who've seen it are at places like gamespot. I'm not sure if we're the target audience.

LBP is only available by download. Not everyone with a PS3 is connected to the PSN. 60 percent of PS3 owners don't even know that it can play Blu-Ray DVDs, how many of them are buying content from PSN? There are 1.3 million users on the PSN, they've bought 3.7 million pieces of content. It looks like a lot of same people are buying stuff. Now if you think you know the game will be a hit, please just leave a comment and tell me why.

In late June I decided to try out this service. It's 1 out plan was cheaper than Gamefly's and it had a distribution center close to me. Things started off fine, I ordered about 2 games a month and had only paid $10. Those same games would have normally costed me $120. There were a couple of problems I had at the time but they didn't really bother me enough for me to stop. For example, the website lets you put the items in your que in order of priority, although they never sent me anything in the order I wanted. You see what they do is just send you whatever they have, but like I said before it didn't bother me much because it only took about two days for the games to come and I was enjoying them. Then by mid July I was kept waiting for a game for about two weeks. When I finally got it, it was in terrible condition. It was scratched do badly that the game never went pass the title screen. I sent that one back the next day. By this time it was the beginning of August, I had just one game in my que and it stayed in my que for the entire month. The website tells you the status of each game. The one that I was waiting for was never even shipped despite the website saying that it full availibility. That was the last straw I ended my account right then and there. Since quiting I've heard from others who've had the service as well. They have almost the exact same story. It started off fine, but then the quality of the service just kept going down. I plan on gettiing Gamefly soon. They have more games and I've heard a lot of positive thing about it. So if you plan on getting one of these game rental services stay far far away from Gameznflix.
