Missed Asheron's call and UO, but DaoC was my favorite. I wish they'd release that origins server and it'd get popular..

Once you're good enough to have a large army, and once you're with a faction that is at war there's much more battles than wandering around. You'll still probably be stopping at villages to recruit but you'll be doing that just to replace a few dead guys and you'll be doing it on the way to taking on the next lord/keep. Also, get the leadership skill so your troops don't die so easily. Some of the troops at max level are pretty tough and devastating. But, at the start of the game when you can only have 20 or so troops and they die before they level up is pretty slow. Stick with it, it pays off.
As for the mod, ask on the taleworld's forum. There's a bazillion of them and that community is really helpful.
. Do you think this game will have any flaws?TrojanMan10I can already see one, the art style. [Flame Shield]
It is pretty much Unreal Tournament 3 transformed into a MMO. Runs the same engine, devs worked closely examining UT3, weapon schematics ar ethe same, blah blah blah. k0r3aN_pR1d3Except that it wasn't transformed into a MMO. It's a lesser quality UT with a fancy little lobby and P2P skirmishes that UT beats scale wise.
[QUOTE="MTBare"][QUOTE="AAllxxjjnn"]The regular edition is only like 15 on newegg...better off just buying that and doing the free update to EE.AAllxxjjnnEverything included with the EE directors cut is included in the free download? Everything except the game guide and short story by Andrzej Sapkowski. Awesome, thanks a lot.
