To be quite honest up until now i thought that the best monitor for me would be a 2 mili second response one but now i`m not quite sure. If you only care about quality, then go with Samsung. If your budget is limit, then Asus is not a bad choice for its price.

Budget is limited, yeah. The problem with Asus monitors is that you can`t put anything on top of them since the top isn`t square. Any other choices? I`m not looking for 3d or anything beyond a 23 inch LED.
My bad. Funnily enough i bought a VH238T and it had a stuck pixel from the start, so they refunded me. If you could check out the link and recommend me the best monitor from the long ass list, that would be great.
